Stonebelt Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Turnaround Time: All Domestic orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays. For International orders, plan 3-5 days of processing (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.
    • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when it ships, including tracking details.

2. Shipping

2.1 Domestic (Canada)

  • Canada: We subsidize part of the shipping cost for you. Flat rate shipping for all of Canada!
    USA: For our neighbors to the south, we also offer a competitive, subsidized flat-rate fee. USA customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes.

2.2 International

  • We ship worldwide via courier (UPS, FedEx or other available merchants). Contact us for a shipping quote, but be aware that shipping will most likely be over 50$ for international orders.
    • Transit Time: Varies by country (typically 5–15 business days after processing).
    • Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes.

3. Returns & Exchanges

3.1 Eligibility

  • Return Window: On Domestic orders only, you may return or exchange any unused & unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. After this, shipping cost will be charged.
    • Condition: Items must be in “like-new” condition, with original tags and packaging intact. Gi sets must include any original carry bag sold with them.

3.2 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@stonebelt.ca with your order number and reason for return.
    2. We will issue acknowledge your request and provide instructions.
    3. Ship the item back to our warehouse.

3.3 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
    • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping and send a prepaid label.

3.4 Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving & verifying the return.
    • Exchanges: If you’d like a different size or color, indicate this in your email request; we’ll ship the replacement once we receive the original item (subject to stock availability).

3.5 Final Sale Items

  • Clearance and outlet items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing support@stonebelt.ca.
    • After 2 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as your order may already be in production or shipping.
