1. What sizes do your BJJ gis come in?

We offer a full range of sizes from A0 to A5 for adults and M0 to M4 for kids. Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart to help you find the perfect fit.

2. Are your gis IBJJF-approved?

Some of our gis are designed to meet IBJJF competition standards including cut, patch placement zones, and fabric weight. Always check the product description — IBJJF-approved gis will be clearly marked. We recommend reviewing the latest IBJJF rules to ensure compliance for your division.

3. What material are your gis made of?

Our gis are primarily made from high-quality pearl weave cotton, sometimes blended with other fabrics depending on the model and intended use. We label all of our Gis with composition tags for full disclosure! All our gear is built with comfort, durability and performance in mind. 

4. How should I wash my gi?

We recommend washing your gi in cold water and hang drying to prevent shrinkage and maintain quality. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. For best results, wash your gi promptly after training. Gis are pre-shrunk, but a small amount of shrinkage is normal and unavoidable.

4.1 How should I wash rashguards or apparel?

Wash in cold water, inside out, and hang dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, and high heat to preserve the elasticity and print quality.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details or email us before sending anything back.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates and times vary by destination and are calculated individually. Please note that duty fees may apply in some countries and are the responsibility of the buyer. Contact-us at sales@stonebelt.ca for international quotes.

U.S. Import & Duties Notice

🇺🇸 Important Notice for U.S. Customers
Due to the suspension of the Section 321 de minimis exemption by U.S. presidential order (effective August 29, 2025), all U.S. orders shipped from Canada are now subject to import duties and/or taxes.

Unfortunately, this change is completely out of our control, and these fees will be charged to you by U.S. Customs or the carrier upon import. We sincerely hope this situation will be resolved soon and appreciate your understanding.

For the most up-to-date information, please consult the
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) website or your local customs office.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your package in real time using the carrier’s tracking page. If you don’t receive tracking within a few days, check your spam folder or contact us at support@stonebelt.ca.

8. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen.

Québec and Ontario: usually between 2 to 5 business days.
Rest of Canada: about 4 to 8 business days.
United States: on average 5 to 10 business days, depending on the region.
International: delivery times may vary from 10 to 20 business days, depending on the country and customs processing.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to modify or cancel it. We do our best to give you the best experience possible. Contact us as soon as possible at info@stonebelt.ca or 1-819-818-2245 and if we can accomodate you, we will!

10. What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

If you receive an item that’s damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll take care of the replacement or refund process right away.

11. Do you offer wholesale or custom team orders?

We do! If you’re a gym, academy, or team looking for bulk pricing or custom designs, reach out to us at info@stonebeltfightwear.com to discuss options. We can provide graphic design services tailored to your needs and offer reasonable pricing for your academy!

12. Where are you located?

Stonebelt Fightwear Inc. is based in Québec, Canada, and operates as an online-only store. We proudly design and fulfill all orders from our Canadian headquarters.
